Hi! I'm Hamish

I'm 14 years old

What was your favourite part of filming Embrace Kids?

Being able to see new people and work with them.

What do you like most about yourself right now?

That I am fit and healthy.

What makes you unique?

The fact that I don’t really let people’s opinion of me affect me.

What is one piece of advice you would give to adults?

Be who you are and not what society wants you to be.

If you could have a superpower, what would it be?

To be able to freeze time!

You mention in the film your love of dance and how you almost quit due to being bullied. What advice would you give others in a similar situation?

If you are really passionate about dance or anything don’t let anyone stop you from doing what you love.

What would you like to see more of in movies and social media etc?

To say that it is ok to look like yourself and that you shouldn’t try to change your appearance.

What’s one thing you would change about the world?

I would want the world to be peaceful with zero fighting and wars.

Is it cool being a teenager or do you find it challenging?

I love being a teenager but sometimes I compare my body to what’s on social media because I am surrounded by it.

Why do you think it is so important to do what you enjoy in life?

It’s so important to do what you love because it will make your life happier.
