Nourish, Nurture, Notice

Nourish, Nurture, Notice is Australia’s first-ever online prevention program focused on early identification and intervention for disordered eating and prevention of eating disorders in young people.

The program was created in collaboration with Eating Disorders Families Australia and supported by the Queensland Government, and is designed for parents and carers of school-aged children. Comprised of a 30-minute online masterclass developed by The Embrace Collective as well as online drop-in sessions, this free program equips you with the knowledge and tools to spot the signs of disordered eating early – and take action.

You can learn more about the program here.

The Embrace magazine

From a team of local heroes and global changemakers to you.

In this brand new magazine, you will feel a personal high-five, fist bump and warm hug all at once, while you take a ride through parenthood alongside a community of like-minded parents. Great to pick up, hard to put down, and easy to share with your mother-in-law!

All proceeds from the Embrace magazine go directly to The Embrace Collective, so we can keep empowering parents and young people alike to embrace their bodies, now and for generations to come.
